Here, manipulation means:

• agreeing on the game’s result or on any events during the game;
• influencing the process of the game or competition with the intent to create favourable conditions through betting on sports competitions;
• sharing inside information, incitement to manipulation, influencing and/or suggesting etc.

Manipulation of sports competitions is one of the biggest dangers to honest sports worldwide. Behind the organisers of fixed games, there are often criminal organisations, which in turn are very dangerous to athletes who cooperate with them. Therefore, any notice and information on the manipulation of sports competitions could be valuable in order to keep the Estonian sports environment honest and to retain the unpredictable nature of the results of sports competitions.

Information about violations can also be shared anonymously.
